What it rains on different planets: acids, iron, glass even rubies or diamonds

1) Venus
It rains sulphuric acid on venus. It may even be highly charged and so they offer the potential for lightning.

2) Neptune
Deep within Neptune and Uranus, it rains diamonds—or so astronomers and physicists have suspected for nearly 40 years.
3)HD 189733b
The weather on this planet is deadly. The winds, composed of silicate particles, blow up to 8,700 kilometres per hour (5,400 mph). Observations of this planet have also found evidence that it rains molten glass, horizontally.

4)HAT-P-7b
Condensation models of HAT-P-7b predict precipitation of Al2O3 (corundum) on the night side of the planet's atmosphere. The clouds themselves are likely made up of corundum, the mineral which forms rubies and sapphires.
5)WASP-76b
This planet is famous for its iron rain – resulting from iron vaporizing on the day side, then condensing on the night side to shower the planet. And, if this weather wasn't extreme enough, researchers have detected ionized calcium in the atmosphere.
